With a background as a Registered Nurse and extensive hands-on experience across multiple chiropractic practices from Arizona to California, Arlett brings a rare dual perspective—clinical insight paired with deep operational expertise. She understands firsthand the inefficiencies, compliance demands, and revenue gaps that come with managing personal injury cases.
Recognizing these challenges, she created the Smart Lien System (SLS)—a fully automated pipeline that manages follow-ups, tracks lien milestones, flags reduction opportunities, and delivers clear monthly performance reporting. Having worked directly within attorneys’ offices managing complex lien cases, she understands the legal strategies, negotiation patterns, and documentation standards that ultimately determine whether providers get paid—and how much they recover.
At NUVSN®, Briana architects and oversees the operational systems behind SLS, ensuring every case is tracked, organized, and positioned for maximum recovery.
